Hello Neighbors and Potential Neighbors!
I have happily served as the Beacon Hill Treasurer since the inception of the Beacon Hill Homeowners Association Board of Directors initial meeting. My name is Rodney Cook and I am delighted to live in our community. I am originally from Youngstown, Ohio and came to Maryland by way of Permanente Change of Station (PCS) orders to the Pentagon, Washington, DC acting as the Aviation Supply Specialist for Headquarters Marine Corps. I retired from the Marine Corps after 30 years of honorable and faithful service to our country. I have subsequently taken a position as a government employee on the Joint Strike Fighter Program.
My family and I moved to the community on April 15, 2015 from Waldorf, MD. I reside in our neighborhood with my wonderful wife, Urceal, a couple of both college kids and grandkids.
I look forward to meeting and welcoming you to our community!

I am Denise Johnson and I was recently elected to serve as the Secretary, Beacon Hill Homeowners Association Board of Directors. I am excited to see what great things are ahead for our community.
While Maryland is my home, I have been gone for many years as my husband and I served our country in the U.S. Air Force. While we moved around a bit, we spent 20+ years in Minot, North Dakota, where only the Best Come North to experience blizzards, -60 degree wind chills, and the beautiful Northern Lights. Upon his retirement we chose to move back here to the land of four seasons, crab cakes, and family.
We fell in love with Beacon Hill's wide open spaces, its peace and quiet, and the feeling of coming home when we moved here in June 2013. Our family consists of my husband, Rick, one son, four absolutely beautiful grandkids, and our brave Schnoodle, Kobe.

I’m Dexter Hansley a U.S. Army Veteran. I serve as a Director on the Beacon Hill Homeowners Association Board. I moved to the Beacon Hill Community in August 2012 with my beautiful family Rhonda, Gerald, Jayla, and Akaila.
My family is blessed to reside in the Beacon Hill Community. We enjoy our Home, Neighbors, Privacy, Serenity, Acreage, Nature watching, and living close to everything important in life. God, family, community, and working are important to me. That's the reason balancing my home life with my work life is my priority.
