The County Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling Acceptance Sites are located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill (11611 White House Road, Largo, MD 20774). These facilities are open and free of charge to County citizens and residents who need to dispose of harmful household waste and electronics.

 

Collection for Senior Citizens & the Disabled available! Residents who qualify for this service can call 311 to schedule an appointment for the at-home collection of household hazardous waste and unwanted electronics equipment.

Community Forklift (https://communityforklift.org/) will take 1-gallon sized containers of latex paint, that are at least half full, and no more than 5 years.  Also, you can schedule a pick-up with Yuck Old Paint (https://yuckoldpaint.com) which charges $5 a gallon or $10 per 5 gallon bucket. You can ask what events they're attending, where drop-off is free.
